Rates

  • We charge $150 per night for the first two guests.

  • After the first 2 guests we charge $35 per guest, per night. This allows us to have a sliding scale fee dependent on group size.

  • We charge $75 cleaning flat fee for every stay.

  • We require a $100 pet fee for any amount of pets per trip.

Booking Options

DIRECT

We offer direct booking through Lodgify. This direct booking reduces fees for both you and us. Search for date and input guests amounts for your rate, send a request and we will approve with in 12 hours.

AIRBNB

Some folks prefer to book through Airbnb and we understand that sentiment. We have been using Airbnb to host since 2018. Rates will be higher due to platform fees. You can also simply use Airbnb to read over 200 5 star reviews.

CUSTOM

If you are looking to host a retreat, wedding, company offsite or special event we would love to give a rate that feels right. Please reach out direct with more details and we will contact you as soon as possible.
