We are artists, homesteaders, crafting folks dedicated to growing the earth and building beloved community with our hearts and hands.
This program is facilitated by Rubina Martini, an artist, writer, homesteader and educator dedicated to broaching the wilderness through engaged community conversations and crafting.
Participants will be intergenerational parent/children, friends, couples or single applicants ages mature youth to adult looking to connect through handwork and community.
We hold space for EVERYONE! Queer, Femme, Non-binary, POC, marginalized folks, single mothers and varied ability. All encouraged to apply. We are not ADA but we will do our best to meet all abilities.
Mothers will children 4 under may attend with no extra cost with the assumption that only supplies for one are used. For example: leather sandal making, parent and child make one item together. Additional materials may purchased. Parents are required to attend to their own children. Our program is slow paced leaving flexible time for personal cares.
Our programming is an interconnected and immersive curriculum held for 10 weeks, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week with an option for overnight and extended stay. Individual classes available.
